Hotfix release to actually remove the Quick Leaf Decay mod that was supposed to be removed in 1.8.0. No other changes.

NOTE: This release will still work with the Server Pack for 1.8.0. There is no need to update the Server Pack (Quick Leaf Decay was removed from the Server Pack for 1.8.0; I just forgot to actually remove it from the main download).
