Now you can actually alloy your metals! The Early game progression is kinda there. Not sure how much is yet to change there. Adjusted more crafting recipes for devices and things

Putting this out as a version so the changelog stops getting so bloated.

Notable changes

• Adjusted impossible Melter recipes to be attainable
• Added additional limestone rocks and gravel stones on the surface
• Increased Native Copper generation
• Reduce some common oregen to balance amongst mods
• WaterControlExtreme mod.  Infinite water source blocks can only be made in ocean and river biomes.
• Added Anvil Molds and Anvil Casts
    ○ Make the forging anvils by sculpting an anvil mold on the potter's  table, Make a cast with molding sand, then cast the molten metal into the forging anvil.
