Tester fixes

• Fixed two Cyclic advancements ("Second Chances" and "Going Up?") that were granted for placing any block, for example a crafting table.
• TrashSlot no longer shows its "Press T to enable the trash slot" hint, which got stuck on many screens. The trash slot itself still works (toggle with T).
• Iron's Spells Necromancers no longer spawn naturally on the island. They summoned whole armies of undead early in the game.
• The Modern Industrialization guidebook is no longer given again after every death, only once on first join.
• Removed Squat Grow: crouching made bone meal and watering cans pointless.

A real Skyblock start

• There is no starter chest on the island anymore, and you no longer get a free torch, wooden watering can or Lucky Block recipe book. Everything is earned from the island itself.
• The first quest is now "Living off the Land": chop 16 oak logs. It still gives a few eggs and feathers for the chicken chapter.
• Quest texts that mentioned the starter chest were updated (Crook, lava, obsidian, shop, chickens).
• The Lucky Block recipe book can no longer be crafted (Lucky Block recipes were already removed in 0.7.3).

The starter island change applies to new worlds only. Existing worlds keep their quest progress.

Mods

• Removed Squat Grow.
• Tesseract 1.0.39: security fix, the server now rejects manipulated client packets.
• SuperMartijn642's Core Lib 1.1.25 (required by the new Tesseract).
• e4mc 6.2.3 (the CurseForge version now matches the rest of the pack).
