Changes:
• Witch hazel saplings from Hexerei can now be placed in Botany Pots.
• A tooltip indicating that the Bag of Seeds is disabled has been added.
• Added a new alternative recipe to Impure white chalk. For automation purposes. Because it is used in luminessence

Recipe Changes:
• The recipe for the Rune of Air now requires a feather instead of an Ender Wing, because AE2 cannot properly craft the Ender Wings.
• The recipe for Ultimate Slate now uses Slimesteel Ingots instead of Manasteel Ingots. Because throwing many Manasteel Ingots into the portal at once sometimes caused confusion and resulted in Elementium.
