Simple voice chat is one of the installed mods. If you used this modpack for your own server, you will have to do 2 manipulations in your server.property for it to be functional.
moreover, 2 mods are not updated on purpose, because some incompatibility occurs when installed. (Astikor Carts & Epic Knights)

This pack contains what it takes to have a gradual personal evolution, but also that of the potential city or kingdom that you could lead.
You will need to work hard and long to achieve your goals. Create your own medieval civilisation or play one who already exist, mane blocks, armors, weapons and decorations are there to help.
You can build horse armor and saddles. See the items you drop into shelves and see the shelf gradually fill with the items you drop.
The last tool used will be put behind your back and visible to all. You will be able to transport your trunks and other without having to break or empty what is inside.
