Added new textures for Botania, Ice and Fire, and added some CTM and CIT as well as other miscellaneous modded retextures.

Also reconfigured Twerk to not overgrow in dimensions, and did some minor balancing to other mods.

Also built server spawn, added official server/pack icon (thanks to frikinJay), and made other preparations for official server launch! (likely around Sept 13th, TBA).
