Added Bow Infinity Fix, Bonsai Trees, VanillaFix, BetterFPS, Silent’s Gems, and Ender Ore

Removed The Lost Quiver and Simple Teleporters because Silent’s Gems provides items/blocks that fulfil the same purpose
