Bad news... A mod creator deleted a mod and now I have to redo this again..

Also some config changes

Config changes:

Just Enough Guns
- disabled flashlights, caused massive server lag
- disabled trumpet skeletons (We already have too many trumpet mobs as is..)
- made the gun mobs spawn at initial day
- set patrol interval to random (surprise inspection!)
- patrols spawn 2 days in
- disabled join message

TrashSlot
- disabled hint (it kept appearing on every single GUI, press T to enable/disable the trash slot)
