This is maintenance update of the pack, providing lots of bug fixes.
Please note there's a couple breaking changes:
- Roots had some major changes.
- WarpDrive is now supporting EnderIO.

Notable gameplay changes:
- Added recipes for WarpDrive chunk loaders.
- World Border is visible and a bit more tolerant.
- Open elevators can be used safely again (no more duplicate, invisible or left behind players).
- Disabled Flame spewer
- Fixed Nuclearcraft fusion reactor explosiveness (no more power requirement for electromagnet, much slower boot up, normal power output)
- Reduced sleeper threshold from 50 to 30%
- Too many lag and crash were fixed to list here :).
Known issues:
- Too many zombies are spawning in the nether
