Changed Natural Spawn for affixed items on mobs from .075 to .001
Changed Loot Chest spawn rates from .05 to .005 and .03 to .003
Changed Affix Receive Change from .35 to .01
Changed Apothic items from bosses to now always be cursed
These Apotheosis changes are made to ensure that loot doesn't feel less valuable and that getting stronger is worth the challenge
