• Added decree stock lists to quest book! See which decrees have what items as rewards!
• All "brew" objectives replaced with killing a decree-specific mob (if one doesn't already exit)
• Crucible no longer fizzles out unless recipe failed (You have infinite amount of time to put items in)
• Fisher Neptunium rewards slightly raised in price and rarity
• Renamed Neptunetrout to Neptuna
• Reduced Ender Drawer Neptunium cost
• Increased chance of Mending in Unidentified Artifact

• Minecolonies citizens hit with sore throat and can no longer speak
• Ars Neptunium discount path added:
  • Added Aquamagical Essence and Aquamagical crystal which serve as discount paths for high neptunium cost items
  • Aquamagical Crystal/essence required for higher value items and charms
• Shady wizard reward pool complete rework:
  • Goal is to bring it back to the original goal of being a convenience store rather than being the best way to acquire certain items
  • Rewards are more directly useful for reducing grind/searching/manual labor
  • Most Neptunium-based items restricted to Epic/Legendary tier and more expensive. Investing in better Neptunium processing should make it cheaper than purchasing
  • No progression skipping
  • Every mod has 3 items at each rarity
