Removed Stellaris and migrated the space progression to Northstar Redux.

Reason:

• Reduced overlap between space-related mods.
• Improved compatibility and long-term stability.
• More streamlined progression for multiplayer gameplay.

Notes

• Existing worlds should remain compatible, but some previously generated Dynamic Trees may disappear or be replaced.
• All players must update to the latest version before joining the server.
• Older versions of the modpack are not compatible with this update.
