Changes:
AE2 - Removed Channels - After doing some research, it seems that AE2 is vastly more server friendly than Refined Storage on any large scale. Disabling the channels option should hopefully reduce the complexity and make this more appealing to use.
OpenBlocks - Disabled Gravestone - Was redundant and resulted in players having 2 graves generate on death
