		- Made Lootr stop reporting "bad" loot chests that it can't convert. Was just clogging the logs and the chests in question are already reported and known to the author
		- Reduced frequency of Ruby, Sapphire, Peridot, and Iridium
		- Increased network timeouts to help some players with connecting to server
		- Increase neutral mob limits to hopefully find a cow
		- Increased (slightly) frequency of Apotheosis boss spawns
