		- Added default options for video settings and added a keybind for quests (SHIFT + Q)
		- Updated some scripts to allow gems and similar ores (coal, diamonds, redstone, etc) to drop themselves instead of chunks which would need to be processed
		- Added a few more quest rewards
		- Made Repeatable Quests actually work
		- Re-enabled Repurposed Structures villages (may or may not have waystones or bounty boards in these)
		- Made Stoneholm villages a slightly less common
		- Tweaked Ice and Fire configs: Dragons and other structure now must be more than 5000 blocks from 0,0 (terraforged doesn't set spawn at or near 0,0). Reduced dragon prey search radius and increased max fly height (for large mountains).
