Changed up the config to balance the
game and reconfigure some mods.

Whats next?

My current plan is for the next 2
updates, I want a massive QOL boost,
and a big polishing/compacting update,
because yes, I know, there are a lot
of mods in this pack. I also want to
add more building blocks to use.
