You can use the quest book to guide you through mods like Create, Alex's Mobs and use the Shop to sell or buy items using the currency added by the Create Addon Numismatics. Create new Weapons with the Tetra mod and it's Addons and fight either by spam clicking or with the modern combat system thanks to the Combatify mod. Have fun on your Journey by skating around or painting beautiful Paintings or building detailed Buildungs.
