Orginized the mekanism chapter group by making a new chapter about all the tools and machins in mekanism

added more consistant dependencies to quests (quests not have dependencies when they should)

added a few twilight forest quests

removed blood magic chapter as I have no idea what should be there

removed corail tombstone and added gravestone mod because corail tombstone didnt let you open the game for some reason, sorry if this glitches items or blocks.
