Updated some mods

Disabled:

Simple Dimensions

Buildcraft (laggy)

Recurrent Complex (Too much lag and a little cheaty...)

Made lootbag blocks considerably harder to make (to avoid rushing end game)

disabled binnie's compartments (they seem to be unstable and crash the game)

Added quests, but turned edit mode on. there are about 15,000 total quests in the book, only a couple hundred are implemented so edit mode does away with dinging for almost every single item in the game. Feel free to turn it off.
