1.4 Hotfix

Crafttweaker scripts were not being extracted in the zip.

The crafttweaker recipes will now be added and some recipes will be removed

1. A book explaining the modpack written by me
2. An FTB quest book
3. One stack of casino chips
4. A lever

• Sand can now be crafted from 4 gravel
• Water Source Tier 1 can now be crafted with bottled water instead of water buckets
• Bamboo Crafting Table can now be crafted from 4 bamboo
• Soul Sand can now be crafted with 8 sand surrounding 1 soulium dust
• Changed the FTB quest titled "free refills", it now only requires two water buckets to complete
• Changed the FTB quest titled "first time?", it now autocompletes when you first spawn in the world. Triggers when entering overworld
