* Dialed down Animania animal spawn limits from 40 to 10

* Increased growth period for Animania baby animals by a factor of 10. (Should now take around 15 minecraft days to grow up)

* Removed crafting recipe for blaze rod using lava sand (way too cheap)

* Removed recipe for salamander armors. (Again, too cheap for a 100% fire resistance armor)

* Salamander hides now act as leather for crafting

* Added IE crusher recipes for gravel -> flint

* Updated Vulcanite config to buff Vulcanite armor. (It's made from fairly rare ore in the nether). Full set now offers 90% fire resist (up from 70%) in nether, and 65% (up from 40%) fire resist in other dimensions.

* Increased thirst quencher power consumption by a factor of 10, and decreased max buckets to 8.
