    AE2 and RS have less gating so that their utility can be used earlier on, while simultaneously not too early to make all other options invalid.

- The recipes of solar flux cannot be removed due to the way that mod is made. As such, it has been removed.
- Raccoons' spawn weight decreased.

- Mosquitoes disabled due to them not offering a good enough gameplay experience to make up for their annoyance.
