Here is the additions, the removals, and fixes of the new version of Sky Factrory reborn, Version A.4.1.

FIXES/TWEAKS
-Grains of infinity crafting recipes re-added to Ender.io, initially removed because I wanted to put the interior recipes back to where they were on SkyFactory 2, as SkyFactory 2 is 1.7 and Ender.io did not add Grains of infinity until Minecraft 1.12. Re-added because I found out you get Grains of infinity by Sieving dust and I did not want to make it entirely useless.
-Fixed the delayed detection of the FTB Quest
-Did some Quest tweaking
