- removed netherendingores

- disabled nether/end ore generation from cyclic

- added base/nether/end metals

- changed recipe for lapis ('acorn' and 'resin' where mixed)

- added some quests (most of them in 'Fluid Cows')

- changed/fixed some quests

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Because NetherEx and NetherEndingOres have been removed, the nether is all messed up... In case you have nothing to lose in the nether, you can delete it in order to have it reset.

You should also reset the end in order for ores to spawn.

(Saves -> [Your World] -> DIM-1 -> delete => Nether)

(Saves -> [Your World] -> DIM1 -> delete => End)

*!!! DO NOT DELETE ANY OTHER FOLDERS !!!*

If you choose not to do this, you will see that random parts of the nether/end are gone and you will not see any nether/end ores. (Be sure to make a backup before doing this)
