• Semi Perfect Circuit Assembler and Laser Engraver no longer require Muffler Hatches, but have a half perfect overclock (dur/2 | eu/t*2)
• Rotary Hearth Furnace, Mega Alloy Blast Smelter, and Bulk Blast Chiller wire changed to be ZPM instead of UHV, now all obtainable in ZPM
