Overview:
* Dripstones are now blocked and can not be used for Lava production
* Fixed Recipe Conflicts
* Fixed Grass Drops if using Shears
* You can now craft the Loot Harvester bevore going in the End to get some Eyes for the Portal Activation
* Fixed crashes in several Dimensions
* added Glow Lichen Recipe
* changed Basic Tank Unit Recipe (Normal Mode)
* Removed a few TechReborn Blast Furnace recipes that could be exploited
* tweaked Quarry Drills, e.g. added Obsidian and Crying Obsidian to the Gold Drill
* tried to fixed Main Menu / Title Screen (new Layout)
* Rocket Ship Box recipe changed: now supports Helium Plasma from MI
* Minimap Settings Reset becuase of new config format
* Nether Portal now shows unknown blocks if you are not allowed to go in the Nether
  (jsut take a Flint and Steel in your hand to unlock it)
