--Added Compact Machines and Power Pots mods

JEI:
--Hid ProjectE Relays and Tinker's Grout recipes to reduce confusion

Recipes:
--Changed Redstone Wire Coil from IE to use Steel Wire instead of Aluminum Wire, so they're available in Tier 1
--Removed Iron to Gold and Diamond to Emerald recipes for ProjectE Philosopher's Stone
--Changed Compact Machines to require compressed blocks for most every tier, including walls

-- Added T3 Resource Gen Medium and Large capsule recipes
--Changed Watch of Flowing Time recipe to be harder
--Changed Transmutation Interface recipe to be craftable
--Changed Matter Upgrader recipe to be craftable
--Added "upgrade" recipes for Powah Reactors

----Initial recipes from Powah are still there, these are just additional for easier upgrades
--Changed Time in a Bottle Recipe to use the Runic Altar

----Another questline containing checkbox quests for most every other mod that's not already in the progression so other mods get some visibility
--Added quests for Time in a Bottle, Transmutation Interface, and Watch of Flowing Time in the appropriate places
--Added quest for End Cake in the Mob Resources section so it's not confusing on how to get to The End
--Fixed the Powah Quest Line to have the right items above Energized Steel
