Mods:

--Remove Mana and Artifice

----We wanted to work it into the progression, but at this stage we can't find a way to do that, and there's no way to get villagers in the pack so we decided to pull it from the pack.

Fixes:

--Changed the structure of the DRG for Advanced Nether Capsules to use a Basic EMC link instead of a Mekanism Steel Casing

----Mekanism was gated behind Advanced Machine Frames in Industrial Foregoing, but those machine frames required Netherite, which you previously couldn't get without a Steel Casing under the DRG in the nether, so Mekanism was unobtainable

--Gave Botany pots an EMC value, so you don't have to craft a zillion of a low-tier recipe item

Quests:

--Fleshed out the Resourceful Bees questline, now shows the bees required to get all the Catalysts upgraded

--Updated wording on the Advanced Nether Capsule quest to reflect that it now requires a Basic EMC Link instead of a Mekanism Steel Casing

Recipes:

--Updated Medium Covalence Dust to be shapeless

--Disabled crafting of Creative Tier items from Cable Tiers

----They were hidden in JEI, but they were still craftable if you knew the recipe

----We're unsure if this is in the current pack, but it wasn't in Git, so re-announcing it to be on the safe side
