Sky Capsule Project

With this release, we feel good enough about progression and quests that we're going to call it the start of Beta!!  Thank you all so far for the downloads, feedback, and chats in the discord.  Don't be afraid to join us there if you want to give suggestions, ask questions, or just hang out -- https://discord.gg/bjvRRzrVZN.  That said, on to the changes!

Quests:

--Added quests.  A lot of quests.  Fleshed out questlines for Refined Storage, Botania, Flux Networks, Powah, and Project E, and added a few others where it made sense.

Recipes:

--Changed the Tier 9001 Resource Generator to require a Cyan EMC Link in the center instead of a Transmutation Tablet.

----It's a bit of an EMC grind, but it's also an end-game item, so it can't be too easy!

--Added a recipe for Flux Dust using the Botania Runic Altar

----We did not remove the original recipes of Obsidian over bedrock or Flux Blocks, but since we don't have Bedrock in the pack, we needed a way for players to start Flux networks.

--Hid and disabled the storage disks/parts/blocks from the Extra Storage mod

----The Extra Disks mod actually allows for higher-tier storage to be crafted, and since these two mods overlapped, we removed the crafting of disks from Extra Storage so there wasn't confusion.  We want the Crafters from Extra Storage, but don't need the disks.

--Added a recipe for the "Elite Requester" from Cable Tiers, as it wasn't craftable for some reason

--Removed all Creative-tier items from Cable Tiers

EMC:

--Removed EMC value from Ghast tears, as they're now in the Dimensional Resource Generators and can be crafted "at will" instead of hunting down a Ghast in a void-Nether.

--Removed EMC value from Powah Blazing Crystals (Energized Steel keeps its EMC value though)

--Added an EMC value for Invar, which leads to the first tier of Thermal Components being EMCable as well.
