This release is a hot fix for server crashes and  for the Tinkers construct\Armor Plus bug.

Removed some mods that was causing problems, updated mod that weren't, configured configurations and more.

Also changed the recipe for the Mining World Portal (thanks goes to MrOxiMoron for the advice)
