⚙️ Config & Gameplay Tweaks

• Ars Zero: Amplify II and AoE II augment glyphs lowered from tier 3 → tier 2
• Land Claiming: starting free chunks increased from 0 → 1
• JEI: ingredient list, recipe category, and mod sort orders refreshed to slot in the new Ars Nouveau addons
• Collapsible Groups glyph groupings updated for the new combat/utility glyphs
• Added Create milling/mixing recipes to support the new Ars content (e.g. Wilden Wing mixing recipe)
