Simple Weavings

Nerfed solar panels. Solar panels were a way too op, they broke the game since you only needed a few of this to fix all of your energy problems. Now the energy production is the same, but it's very difficult (and boring) to craft them, I'll keep a look on these to make sure they're not gonna be as op as they were. I want the player to find different methods to produce energy, starting with coal, then solar panels, diesel, nuclear ecc... If this nerf won't be enough to fix the problem, I'll try to reduce their production.

Stasis Chamber now requires Compressed Soul Sand (x4) instead of x5 (which means 3*9^4 instead of 3*9^5, it's 9 times less!)
