Small update with mostly Bugfixes

 

Balance:

-Made Auto-Sieves cost significantly more RF to encourage other resource generation

-Thermo-Electric generator produces a bit more RF so people feel better about doing the quest

 

Bugfixes:

-Poppy seed quest should now trigger properly

-Diamond nuggets and Diamond Shards have different recipes now

-Coal no longer auto-smelts to Graphite

-You can no longer obtain Blutonium through AOBD
