Simba Create SMP

0.9.35 is the CurseForge approval cleanup build.

Heavy-main adds Notely as a client-side note-taking helper.

CC: Tweaked was removed from Heavy-main, Lite, and Server because the compatible file needed by Create: New Age is not available on CurseForge. Create: New Age treats ComputerCraft support as optional, so the pack can launch without CC.

Create Aeronautics, Create: Tracks, BSL, Complementary Reimagined, Bliss, and Photon now use CurseForge metadata instead of bundled external files. The only remaining override in the client exports is the Simba branding resource pack.
