Downgraded Iron's Patreon Lib. The latest version was causing crashes when generating Priests and Guiding Bolts (somehow) in the world.

Removed Watermedia. This library was used by FancyMenu to render MP4 videos, but it was erroring out and causing Java crashes, bypassing the normal crashlog reports. Upgrading caused the videos to not render anymore, so I replaced the background video with a static image. Hopefully, this is fixed soon, but it should prevent crashes when sitting in the main menu now.

Updated a few mods, nothing noteworthy.

Added Observable. I always include this mod in my modpacks to help debug lag on the official server, but somehow, I missed it.
