There's a lot that's changed in this update, and I'll need a lot of time to explain it all, but basically, we added the new pixelmon.  Back up your worlds before updating, because there's glitches with the biomes and you may need to tinker with it in 1.3 to fix them.  The server shouldn't bug out though.  I hope.
