Port from Forge 1.20.1 to NeoForge 1.21.1.

Will probably post a server version of the pack later.

There were also a couple hiccups with mods not being saved properly when I exported the pack, which is why this is set up as v1.0.1 instead of just v1.0. Genuinely don't know how that happened, but shouldn't be an issue again.
