Fixes:

• fixed rubber recipe consuming a lot of steam
• fixed mid- / late game circuit shop entries
• other minor fixes

• added trident recipe, rotten flesh to leather recipe and nether air recipe - added "sooty chimneys", "chunky", "Sparse Structures", "some Assembly required", "artifacts", "legendary Tooltips", "Biome Sizes", "Block Swap" to remove unusualprehistory's Opal ore and create new age's thorium ore, "tacz bullet proof enchant addon", "More enchantments", "enchantment descriptions", "life steal enchantment", "Soul Bound Enchantment", "Medieval deco", "toggle frames", "underlay"
• added new quest category "other" for quests other than tech including new "gearing up" chapter
• added new (post-) uhv content including quests and advancements: gravium, creative alloy, uhv electric parts, ai
  circuits, crafting components

• drastically improved early game progression and gt/create compat with new quests (and new
  recipes for piston extension pole, mech. press, cogwheels, hand crank, some casings, chassis', chain drive, blaze burner, basin, mech. belt, metal girder, metal bracket, mech. mixer, water wheels, basic burner, spout, printer, hose pulley, funnels, tunnels, deployer, basic electronic circuit, advanced electronic circuit)
• removed tags in quests and replaced them with or-filters (mostly)
• removed "invis item frame", "spawn animations", "Create: Dynamic Village", "morejs" 
• changed Solarflux Mirror recipe 
• changed track recipe to require steel 
• disabled farmersdelight's knives because they get lost in gregtech crafting recipes
• nerfed nether star dust recipe
• changed createmod smart items recipes from vacuum tubes to ulv-circuits tag
• changed fog settings
• updated some mods (including gregtech)
