Shark Island Survival 2.0.8 fix release. Safe to update mid-playthrough, no mods added or removed, no worldgen changes.
Chainmail now actually protects you from great whites.
New guide entry: /sharks. Explains that chain turns a bite aside and where chain comes from. Nothing in the game told you that before.
The login message now points at /guide. Fourteen guide entries existed with no way to find out they were there. They work with cheats off.
The pack's cloud mod was replacing Minecraft's own cloud layer with a puffy volumetric one that read wrong over open ocean. Its override is now off by default, so you get normal clouds. The mod stays installed if you prefer that look.
No more red error spam in chat on login. A biome rule pointed at a biome group instead of a biome.
Terralith's uninstall warning no longer pops up. It doesn't apply to this pack.
