Quick Patch A

= Config Crimson Moon: Crimson Moons happen less often.

- Removed TinyTweaks, features were not desired anymore.

- Removed GottaClimbFast in favor of vanilla water elevators.

- Removed Finite Water because curseforge was having issues uploading it.

- Removed Enderlift in favor of vanilla water elevators.

- Removed Drop Loot Always, didn't effect gameplay.

- Removed Switcheroo, was often unhelpful.
