added some stuff to expand the caves a bit more as well as lights to use in my new airport` and updated forge

removed the adaptive performance mods as I narrowed them down to causing blocks to not update   being placed tell after a relog

also removed smooth chunk saving and replaced it with a mod to delate unused  chunks to keep world size down as my world is almost 10 GB in size now being its  been around sense 2015
