Small update again, added several performance mods and removed a few unnecessary ones.

Mods Added:

Stellar View - Improves the sky clarity and adds several constellations and stars

Just Rose Gold - Adds just the Rose Gold lost from Deeper Caves removal

Server Performance - Smooth Chunk Save, Chunk Sending, Chunk Animator, Better Fps - Render Distance, Connectivity - These 5 mods are all entirely performance

Mods Removed:

Surface Lush Caves - This mod had really high priority, being the spawn biome almost every time and was very unstable

Structurify - I was testing with this mod, it wasn't needed anymore

Packed Up - Never used this much, added a ton of useless stuff
