Removed ARcana, Supersonic, Replaymod, & one other I cant remember.
Tweaked AT weaponry in an attempt to make them better against tanks.
Tweaked the LAS98 for balancing.
Changed RPL20 sfx.
Added "No Chat Reports" & "No Chat Restrictions".
Added simple voice chat & simple radio (I forgor :skull:)
