Tweaked certain firearms. Fixed the FAL not being balanced.
(NOT IMPLEMENTED) outlined a standard for determining gun durability as "tier + weapon type"
(NOT IMPLEMENTED) currently outlining an attachment tier system for determining crafting recipes.
Changed to being a "release" version, considering it is now stable enough to act as one.
