Added old java checker mod

Other kelp blocks now have recipes

All recipes that make or use ; dusts, ingots, plates, ores, nuggetes, gears and blocks should respect the prority list if this doesnt happen for whatever reason when these items are dropped onto the ground or when entering your inventory they will be converted to the correct type

Other types of the above mentioned will no longer show in JEI

This should fix various issue with the pedestals mod not making the correct dusts
