Seablock: Rustic Waters

Some players have been experiencing errors of "File already in use" when updating patches.  This is a bug, that can avoided by going selecting properties on the modpack folder and making sure it is not "Read Only", or downloading the update as a new profile, and dragging over your World Save.

-Adjusted Orca and Dolphin Spawn rates to stop spawn-blocking sharks and squids.
-Added crafting recipe for Treasure keys above Gold tier.
-Spiced up some of the loot in Sunken Treasure chests.
-Fixed Coal to Diamond and Prismarine to Emerald compactor recipes.
-Orcas and Dolphins have been eating some odd items from the ocean, and now have new drops.
-Orcas should not clip through your hub walls as much any more.

-Glue can now be automated in the Magma Crucible.
-Solder can now be automated in the Magma Crucible.
-Purified Water can now be automated in the Magma Crucible.
-Assorted Farm Goods now produce much more XP per use in the Magma Crucible.
-Ender Dragon now drops more Omega Dragon Eggs upon death.
-Nether Star nugget recipe added as an alternate means to end game progress without Wither farming.
-Ember Shards can be transmuted into Emerald Nuggets.
-Charcoal can now be crafted into Coal using Purified Water... allowing automated Diamond creation with enough ingenuity.
-MFFS Forcefield energy costs have been reduced to make prolonged Wither killing more viable.
