Removed EnderThing and EnderTank (they are superfluous given EnderStorage works).

Removed Ore Plants.

MapWriter is disabled in favor of JourneyMap.  If you like MapWriter better you can switch it by putting the instance into edit mode.

Downgraded Forge to 1990.  The newer version makes it crash on opening any inventory!

Biomes O'Plenty is set as the default world type.

A few mostly useless biomes are disabled.  If you wish to re-enable them delete BoP's directory from the config and it will return to default.
