Changed the output amount of carbon fiber to make carbon plate from x4 to x1.
Added a graphite electrode with infinite durability.
Added an alloy smelter recipe for graphite bar.
Changed the rf output from liquid lithium from 130 to 250.
Added a Combustion multiblock Tier 2.
Changed bedrock miner output amount to x8.
Changed bedrock miner recipe to remove titanium requirement.
Changed mechanical parts output amount to x8.
Decreased Biodiesel output to 1k mb from 4k mb.
Decreased Ethanol amount required from 500mb to 10mb.
Increased Plant Oil amount required from 500mb to 4000mb.
Pumpjack now consumes Plant Oil x1 and returns Plant Oil x1. (This change allows conduits to be set to self feed, and only requires ethanol to produce biodiesel).
Fixed Pumpjack not being as viable as intended.
Fixed an issue with Carbon Enrichment not working as intended. 
Fixed being able to make Dark steel armor far too early.
Various smaller changes and a new easter egg.
Added a few new Quests.
Bumped pack V to 2.0.1 for the update.
