New update to Scolars and Librarians

  • Made wooden staffs no longer cost xp for easier early game
  • Reduced Xp cost of all staffs
  • Tweaked the xp bar so it now takes 80 xp to level up instead of 100
  • Added Mod optimiser to allow for serer hosting of the modpack
  • Increased the spawn rate of electroblob structures
  • Added a few more mods for extra content for librarians to gather like vista
