Improved — Furled Chart Bags

• Chart Bag drop chance raised from 3% → 5% on mid-tier combat kills.
• Furled map pool expanded from 33 → 37 destinations.
• Added Mowzie's Mobs boss maps: Frostmaw Den, Wrought Chamber, Umvuthana Grove, Monastery.
• Chart Bag loot format hardened (set_lore mode fixed) so maps apply reliably.

Changed — Boss / Bounty progression

• Bounty coupons no longer drop from Nightmare Stalker, Warden, or Dreadknight.

Fixed

• Abyssal Warlock not granting when the chestplate was equipped (inventory API crash).
• Same inventory check fix applied to Ars and Chronicle progression sync.
• Seal Forged craft path now grants correctly after crafting the Seal.
• Arcane Decree reward: removed dead Mystical Agriculture shards → Ars Source Gem.
• Mid-tier combat list: removed invalid airmancer, fixed bonescaller, removed Nightmare Stalker (boss Mythic path only).
• Dual Student and Gateway Survivor advancement text corrected.
• Blood Moon Survivor no longer breaks script load if Enhanced Celestials is missing.
• Bountiful debug logging disabled.
